Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Dip tofu slices in tamari, then coat each slice in nutritional
yeast.
Bake on a greased sheet pan (or line pan with baking parchment) for 20-25
minutes.
Tofu baked in this way may be served warm or cold: on its own, on a
sandwich, or cut in strips on a salad.
